Can I use my mobile phone?

You can access this website from any browser. If you prefer to watch from a larger screen you can screencast from your mobile device to a smart tv. 

Can I cancel any time?

Make your membership work for you. You can cancel anytime to prevent your membership from renewing after it expires. 

What equipment do I need?

Many of the workouts are body weight only, requiring no equipment. 


Workouts that use equipment will use dumbbells, a sturdy chair or bench, stability ball, and/or a jump rope. 


We will also be sharing some treadmill workouts, but these can also be done outdoors.
